Paralympics Quarantine Party

Ministry of DJs Entertainment once again hosted a special live stream gig for our returning Australian Paralympians currently in quarantine, connecting athletes across the country.

Similar to the virtual Australian Olympic Committee event held for the returning Olympic athletes on August 15, this gig  was also themed ‘Toga Dance Party’, with  athletes celebrating their achievements while enjoying the tracks played by DJ Andy Kay, from the comfort of their hotel rooms.

Hosted by Paralympics Australia, the interactive production gave Paralympians the chance to request their favourite songs during the party while engaging with their teammates in another room.

DJ Andy mixed up a storm squeezing 27 requests into his sixty-minute set. The most popular songs of the night were from ABBA, Kylie and Daryl Braithwaite.

The full track list in order of songs played can be found by clicking below:

‘To bring some fun and dancing to hotel quarantine, Paralympics Australia engaged Andy – Ministry of DJs Entertainment to work his ‘music magic’ and host a DJ and Toga Party. It was absolutely amazing!! From the moment we met Andy to even after the event, he was brilliant. Professional, approachable, easy to work with and most importantly, an OUTSTANDING DJ. We would HIGHLY recommend Andy and his team for any event. Thanks Andy, looking forward to working with you again in the future. ’
